Note:Uses hstack (horizontal stack) and vstack (vertical stack) to build the grid. Inputs should have same resolution.

Place two videos next to each other.

ffmpeg -i left.mp4 -i right.mp4 -filter_complex "[0:v][1:v]hstack=inputs=2" output.mp4

Note:Simple hstack of two inputs.
